The Carrie Litviak Agency is currently hiring a Licensed Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to both potential and existing clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities and coordinating with sales specialists for follow-up, as well as assisting the agency owner in achieving service goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Personalized Customer Service: The Customer Service Representative will build trust and develop strong customer relationships by providing personalized, professional customer service experiences. They will respond to inquiries about coverages, billing, claims, or products following established agency processes and procedures.

Promote Customer Satisfaction: The representative will drive customer satisfaction by adhering to J.D. Power's best practices, such as conducting Personal Insurance Reviews, providing rate revision notifications, and guiding customers through the claims process.

Account Management: The Customer Service Representative will process changes to existing accounts and policies while serving as a liaison between the customer, the agency, and various business partners. They will also assist customers with claims by directing them to appropriate resources and following up to ensure their needs are addressed.

Support Agency Operations: The representative will schedule appointments for agency employees, perform daily administrative tasks, and assist with agency events and cash-handling activities.

Contribute to Insurance Sales: The Customer Service Representative will participate in reviews of existing coverages, advise customers on policy options, estimate and quote policy premiums in compliance with underwriting guidelines, and identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess property and casualty licenses, with life and/or health licenses determined by the agent. A valid driver's license is required. The candidate should have demonstrated customer service experience, effective communication skills, proficiency in PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer), and a solid understanding of basic mathematical skills.
Working Conditions:
This position may require the ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, nights, and/or weekends, within a general office setting.
